Welcome to the Atlanta Veterans Charity Golf Classic
Grateful Americans Charity asks that you join us, along with your host Robert Brasfield, at our upcoming 5th Annual Atlanta Golf Classic on Monday, September 28, 2026, at our new venue: Atlanta Country Club. Grateful Americans Charity began in 2016 with a mission of providing resources that support programs aimed at ending Veteran homelessness and suicide, while combating the invisible wounds of war, also known as PTSD. With your continued support, GAC has donated over $3 million to benefit the PTSD Foundation of America and its interim housing facility known as Camp Hope in Houston, Texas.
Grateful Americans Charity raises funds to support the vital work of the PTSD Foundation of America in saving the lives of Veterans. The foundation has numerous chapters nationwide that organize over 200 weekly Warrior Group meetings and 45 Family Groups. These meetings offer individual and group counseling for Veterans and their families, often serving as a turning point in setting them on the path to success.
The programs have helped hundreds of veterans and their families over the last 12 years. In 2023, the PTSD Foundation of America and Camp Hope facilitated over 5,679 Warrior group sessions and approximately 9,536 one-on-one sessions. Thanks to this wonderful organization, more than 2,000 combat veterans have found a renewed purpose, earned college degrees, found employment, become financially independent, reunited with their families and reintegrated back into society.
We believe that with your support, and of others like you, we can end Veteran homelessness and suicide and stand with those who have served our country.

TPC Sugarloaf earned the coveted first place in the private club category of Golf Inc. Magazine’s “Renovation of the Year” award, designed to recognize the most outstanding golf course renovations and restorations completed in late 2019.
Design, conditioning and a reverence for nature are the hallmarks of truly great golf courses, and TPC Sugarloaf’s three outstanding nine-hole layouts are no exception.
TPC Sugarloaf’s par-72, 7,259-yard championship golf course (also known as “The Stables and The Meadows” courses) was crafted to fit harmoniously with its surroundings on the site of the former Rollins Farm. Named by Golf Digest among the “Best New Private Clubs in the U.S.” when it debuted in 1997 and by Golfweek among the “Top 100 Best Residential Golf Courses for 2007-2008,” the course features tree-lined Bermuda fairways and a challenging layout featuring streams, lakes and hills.
The course includes a third nine, The Pines course. While these nine holes are slightly shorter in distance, The Pines course is every bit as compelling as The Meadows and Stables courses. All three nines offer four sets of tees on each hole, enabling golfers of all abilities to enjoy the subtle nuances and intricate design features.
