The United We Care Employee Relief Fund (UWC) was created to help those in the United Airlines family who are facing financial hardship after a natural disaster or due to an unforeseen personal hardship. UWC relies primarily on individual donations from employees and retirees, as well as support from United Airlines to fund this program. Every contribution helps and, when combined with the donations of others, can provide assistance to an employee or retiree when they are facing the unexpected. UWC is a 501c3 Charitable Organization.

Proceeds from the United We Care Employee Relief Fund 2026 Golf Classic will be used to fund grants issued to employees and retirees in need.
